Travel and Storytelling

Where I've been. Where I'm going.
I am never more myself than when I am suitcase in-hand, boarding pass printed. Whether taking photographs with cats in the Czech countryside, or climbing forts in Cartagena, I am always on the lookout for the story of a city. All work is uniquely me: sponsorships and events do not effect the outcome.

Who am I? An Italian girl from Brooklyn, orphaned at age 20 and healing on the road. I’ve climbed a mountain in Africa to meet gorillas, toured Brazilian World Cup stadiums by helicopter and shared shoe recommendations with Nancy Pelosi. I have had the pleasure of being edited by former New York Times headliners and magazine mentors, have looked into the impact of food on gentrification in Toronto, walked in Hemingway’s shadow, and found out how wifi is changing lives in rural Rwanda.

I’ve contributed to: Marie ClaireNatGeo’s Intelligent Travel Blog,  AOL Travel, Huffington PostTime Out, Salon, BuzzFeed and Yahoo Travel.
