Friday Inspiration: Le Blog est Belle
I’m feeling super inspired by the amazing creative chops of Glamour blogger and former Bene EIC, Joanna Goddard. Besides making a name for herself in the Career Option That Never Sleeps, she has a personal blog that always stuns me with beauty.
Recently she’s begun discussing dressing like French women for 2009. Chic, comfortable, classic. Being a classic jeans and cardigan girl, I am all over this. And I believe if more people were, we’d have a very stylish world.
Seeking inspiration of her own, Goddard interviewed the ever chic Garance Dore. Her tips? Lots of layering, solid neutrals like white and black, chic stripes, a good smokey eye, and an almost ridiculous amount of confidence.
I have built in stripes. I don’t need to wear them.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
