I think this list is great. But add the Lorax by Dr. Seuss. It’s a really inspirational book about environmental issues. i know. dr. seuss. but it is.

It’s funny how you wander through peoples pages, work, art, beloved likes and dislikes and then stumble upon a diary and decide to stop. Like this post because I’m nostalgic…especially on the subject of books. I have the first book my dad read to me, entitled Negra Panchita (Spanish for Black Frances). It sits inside my 1959 schoolbag on a top shelf close to my glorious book collection.

May I suggest a new book titled Ricky’s Adventures. A delightful collection of short stories about a twelve year old boy being raised in 1969 Florida. Wholesome in nature, Ricky is sure to bring a smile to everyones heart. Release date is October 13th and will be available everywhere.

This is a great list! I would also add the Curious George books. Adventure with heart is always a good thing!
