What is Frill Seeker Diary?
FSD came about after a night of drinks on Halloween 2008, between three friends, equally fed up with the turns and twists their lives were taking.
Like most random ideas it started off great and then lacked steam. Before long, FSD became the one-woman diary of someone caught between blazing ambition and the need for space; 12-hour workdays and a suitcase full of “let’s go.”
Today, Frill Seeker Diary is a place for me to jot down my explorations, my travels, trips, and tips. And just for reading this right now, I thank you so much.
About FSD Content…
All content on Frill Seeker Diary is totally original; just me and my thoughts, as well as a handful of really great guest bloggers.
Most Frill Seeker content revolves around New York City, my hometown and very probably, my forever home. Most of the rest revolves around my city travels. I’m a total city girl who is never happier than she is with a map and a metro ticket and a boutique shopping bag.
Destination: Wedding is a new area of my blog. It dives into the craziness that is planning my non-Disney themed Disney World Wedding; the idea of being away, being someplace even non-travelers can navigate, and having a relaxed time.

When traveling, it's important to consider all types of accommodations. There are several European hostels whose resemblance is closer to a hotel than a hostel, or think about booking a room at an inn or timeshare rental where you always wanted to explore. You can often garner a resort vacation with none of the usual commitment or expense and in exquisite and exotic locations. Timeshare adventures run the gamut from beach front in Goa to Eco-resorts in the rainforest.
