More From Frill Seeker Diary…
What is Frill Seeker Diary?
Frill Seeker Diary is a blog about exploring the world to better learn about yourself. Penned by 20-somethings out of school but not yet settled in our lives, we investigate the people and establishments that make up our favorite destinations, and examine ourselves in the process.
About Our Content…
All content on Frill Seeker Diary is totally original and created by your lovely Editor and contributors. With each channel, we dissect the world of traveling from being en route, what to do in your destination, best spots from a locals point of views, and even tips on planning a destination wedding. Here’s our breakdown:
Away We Go is your one-stop channel for traveling tips and routes, from songs that rock out on road trips to cosmetics that do double duty on carry ons, packing tips, and snacks for the road. This is also where we highlight large area round-ups and trip planning.
The District, our newest channel, highlights the specific restaurants, shops, and other businesses you want to visit in our favorite cities across the globe. We also feature interviews with locals as to their favorite travel gadgets, venues, and what makes their city unique.
Photo Essay is a gallery of city, state, or local photos with one central theme. We welcome and encourage you to send in a few snaps that show why your hometown is so fantastic.
Destination: Wedding. Since Lola is planning her own away wedding in 2011, you can find her tips on styles, vendors, and issues you might have while planning nuptials far from home.
The Web & More. We wouldn’t be able to handle leaving home without our PDA phones. This is the stuff we’re flipping through during late nights at hotel rooms, or just before we hit the road. This is also the best place to take a coffee break from traveling, cause sometimes, you just need a little nap between destinations.
Editor:

Lola Gigglesworth is the Web 2.0 alter ego of a New York City web producer with a print problem. Though she’s enjoyed giveaway tables at large name publications, she will occasionally wax poetic on her film school beginnings and pick up a digicam. Her work lives in magazines, websites, and newspapers like CosmoGIRL!, Marieclaire.com, and the Staten Island Advance. She lives vicariously through French blogs, weekend getaways, Internet startups, VH1, and Philly cheese steaks. Come say hello at Twitter.com/TravelingAnna.
Contributors:
JustJon designs the intricate details of the frillseekerdiary website, including midnight requests from Lola to fix anything she broke the day before. When he isn’t centering logos for morons, he spends his time helping worthy causes and beta testing new intrawebz goodies. Step on down to his little corner of the web.

Dee Biondi is a total culture lover undercover photographer. Between Sunday trips to the Highline, frequent Costa Rica excursions, and train trips through Italy, she has had her fair share of gelato and iPhone mishaps. Although she’s an almost-wed with a grill-loving fiance, Dee prefers the open road to the kitchen, and loves tasting all that life has to offer. Catch up with her soon.

Betty Darlington is a mix between America’s sweetheart and a musical mastermind. With sassy style and an eye for that killer shot, her photog flubs usually result in mayhem and baked goods. Her favorite days include two Daschunds, Brooklyn, and stopping every two centimeters to snap a pic. Whether by car, train, or plane, Betty enjoys packing a suitcase and seeing what the world has to offer, just a girl and her Kodak. Chat with her at Twitter.com/Rawr_its_Lori.
